The Product
Our standard insulated precast concrete walls, which typically takes one day to install, boasts an R-22 insulation value and a visually appealing broom-finished concrete exterior. On the interior face of the wall, steel studs are ready for finishing. The wall is 10 ½” thick and constructed with a minimum of 5,000 PSI fiber-reinforced concrete, EPS rigid insulation, rebar, and commercial-grade steel studs. At our factory, we meticulously hand-build forms to create customized window and door openings, beam pockets, support and veneer ledges, as well as gables and other configurations to meet your specific needs. Our custom capabilities are unparalleled elsewhere.

Precast Concrete Walls Delivery + Installation
Our precast walls are designed and manufactured at our Lebanon, PA plant. This process ensures that the panels are produced in a controlled environment, which improves their quality and consistency. Once on-site, we professionally install all concrete precast panels using a crane and bolting each piece of precast together. Typically, most of our foundation precast are complete in less than a day!
